Can I embed flash games to my website, without owning them?
I am planning to launch a new flash game based website.
I need flash games to put on my website and I was wondering if I can legally embed flash games that I have files of (from other websites) onto my website?
If the website shows that it has an embed for the game

The gaming websites show the EMBED thing for you to take and (kinda) advertise there website on your site.
I would personaly take the games,
